Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The key responsibilities of this role are identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals for our software products and solutions. You should have a strong understanding of software and technology sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, or company databases to find potential leads.
- Understand client needs and present suitable software solutions from our product portfolio.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, or conferences to network and promote the brand
- Collaborate with marketing team and design teams to manage company social media
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Poly Graduated or having 1–2 years of sales experiences.
- Understanding of bespoke software development and IT solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using tools of sales such as CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Strong in problem-solving and researching skills
