  • Container Orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Pipelines.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.
  • Monitor and log tools in Kubernetes environments.
  • Set up and configure Web Server (Apache/ IIS/ Nginx), and Database (MySQL, SQL Server).

Job Requirement
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the same position.
  • Have strong experience in setting up Web servers (Apache/IIS/Nginx) and Databases (MySQL, SQL Server).
  • Have experience in deploying a web application on a Web server.
  • Have experience with performance optimization and issue troubleshooting.
  • Have experience with Cloud services (AWS/Microsoft Azure/GCP/AliCloud) and cPanel hosting
  • Have experience with Windows and Linux OS.
  • Be able to use scripting language in Windows and Linux (Powershell, Shell script, Perl, Python…).

Preferred Skills:

  • Have experience with Terraform is a plus point.

Job summary:

  • The Senior IT Business Analyst is responsible for implementing and continuously improving business processes and performance for products and projects as assigned.
  • Proactively work with stakeholders to define, analyze, and document requirements for developments and enhancements, as well as identify opportunities for new or improved processes.
  • Depending on the scope, can assume project management and business analyst roles on project engagements as needed, as agreed upon with the IT Team Leader.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the supervisor(s) and product owner if required
