Job Requirement
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in IT software, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Have strong software development knowledge of PHP frameworks.
  • Have strong knowledge of front-end including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, etc.
  • Have basic knowledge of MySQL data stored procedures, version control tools, and database optimization experience.
  • Have basic knowledge of Source Control (SVN/Git).
  • A careful, highly organized, and self-motivated attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Have basic knowledge of the Drupal system/Yii frameworks is a big plus.
  • Gained experience through internships at IT software companies.

Job Description

The Senior IT Project Consultant plays a critical role in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. This role involves close collaboration with Project Owners, Sales, and Business Analysts to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting our clients’ needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Project Owner to plan and execute projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with Sales and Business Analysts to gather and understand functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Define the project vision and scope in collaboration with the Project Management team.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  • Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Communicate project status and updates effectively to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, including designing, developing, and releasing software applications.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing project teams.
  • Strong understanding of the software development cycle (SDLC).
  • Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical proficiency in relevant technologies (e.g., .NET, Web Services, Mobile App Development).
