Questions founders ask
- How soon can the first engineer start?
- It depends on the skills you need. The team proposal gives you a start date, and we hold to it.
- Who manages the engineers?
- You set the priorities, as you would for your own hires. We handle the rest: hiring, reviews, cover for leave and replacements.
- Do our working hours overlap?
- Singapore and Vietnam are one hour apart, so your team shares almost the whole working day with you.
- What does it cost?
- A fixed monthly fee per engineer, set by role and seniority. You see the full cost in the proposal before you commit.
- Who owns the code?
- You do. The code and IP we write for you belong to you, and the code lives in your repositories.
- Can we scale down as well as up?
- Yes. Add or reduce engineers with notice as your roadmap changes. The notice period is in the proposal.
